Returning Faulty Units
Before you return a unit you will need a 'Returns Number' which you can obtiain by emailing (see below), or telephoning
+44 (0) 239 2258 229.
You will need to include the Returns Number when completing a returns form. This can be downloaded (see below), printed out and included with the returned unit.
If possible, ensure that you use the original packing. Units received in a damaged condition are not covered by warranty. It is therefore recommended that the sender provides suitable insurance.

Solving Operational Problems
If you are experiencing operating difficulties with any product then consult the troubleshooting section of the Operating and User Manual that was supplied with the unit (or see the products' manuals under the Products Page).
